Join us each Monday and Wednesday from 5:15pm - 6:00pm from the comfort of your own space. Our workouts blend strength training with a strong focus on core stability, muscle endurance, and fall/injury prevention. A full-body workout using light dumbbells, bands, floor-mat, and repetitive movements. The session generally flows between upper-body, lower-body, and core movements with option to use a chair as needed for support and incorporates a comprehensive, fun, and challenging way to strengthen the entire body.
