Forever Fit Community Foundation provides accessible fitness and preventative wellness programs and “challenges” designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and long-term independence for seniors and underserved communities.

Our programs focus on prevention first—supporting individuals before injury, falls, or chronic decline limit quality of life.

Program Areas

Strength and Mobility Programs

Programs designed to improve functional strength, joint mobility, and balance using safe, age-appropriate movement.

Focus areas include:

Fall Prevention & Injury Reduction

Educational and movement-based programs that help reduce fall risk and improve safety at home and in the community.

Includes:

  • Balance awareness and coordination

  • Safe movement strategies

  • Education on fall risk factors

Virtual & Community-Based Fitness Access

To remove barriers related to transportation, scheduling, or location, Forever Fit Community Foundation offers programming through both virtual and community-based formats.

Programs may be delivered through:

  • Virtual group classes

  • Community centers and partner organizations

  • Local parks and community outreach settings

Wellness Education & Outreach

Educational initiatives focused on preventative health, lifestyle movement, and long-term wellness.

Topics may include:
